Dress Code

We encourage traditional Indian attire to fully embrace the Diwali spirit, but feel free to dress in any way that makes you comfortable!

Transport and Parking

Event location: Marie-Clauss-Straße 3, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany. You can reach the venue using tram number 23 or bus number 29. The nearest stop is Ortenauer Straße, which is just a 300-meter walk from the venue. If you plan to drive, street parking is available nearby on Freiburger Straße.

Registration and Welcome

Please bring the EventJet ticket, which includes a barcode that will be scanned at the venue. We will welcome you in a traditional Indian style, so you feel right at home.

Phuljadi and Group Photo

Join us in lighting up traditional Indian phuljadi (sparklers). If you have any allergies to smoke, please remain inside the hall. We will also take a group photo to capture the memory of the night. Make sure you inform us if you don’t want to appear in any group photos.

Food and Drinks

The full-course veg or non veg meal and water are included in your ticket. Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the bar (cash only), so please bring cash if you’d like extra drinks. If you have requested special dietary arrangements, please notify our catering team upon arrival.

Photo and Video Consent

Photos and videos will be taken during the event. If you prefer not to have your photo shared on social media, please inform us on the day of the event. Group photos will be posted online, so if you do not wish to be in them, kindly avoid joining the group pictures.
